These terms govern your use of the Trootlabs platform — the dashboard, AI agents, automations, and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of your business ("you", "tenant").

Trootlabs is a subscription platform that gives your business a CRM, sales pipeline, invoicing, and AI agents that respond to your customers across WhatsApp, voice, and web chat. You configure and remain responsible for the content, prompts, and business rules your AI agents operate under.

You're responsible for the accuracy of information you provide to the Service, for keeping your login credentials secure, for complying with applicable law (including Indian data protection and consumer protection law) in how you use AI agents to communicate with your customers, and for any third-party accounts you connect (WhatsApp Business, payment gateways, calendars).

AI agents generate responses automatically based on your configuration and knowledge base. While we aim for accuracy, AI responses can be wrong — you're responsible for reviewing agent behavior and configuring escalation rules for anything that shouldn't be handled autonomously (e.g. legal, medical, or financial commitments).

The Service is billed on a subscription basis per your selected plan, processed via Razorpay. Plans include a monthly AI usage allowance; usage beyond your plan's allowance is handled per the terms shown in your billing settings at the time. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the Service, or fail to pay subscription fees after a reasonable notice period.

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including business decisions made based on AI-generated content.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
